As in previous years, we once again pedaled vigorously to make a statement for increased cycling and climate protection as part of the “Stadtradeln” campaign by the Climate Alliance.
From June 3 to 23, 2026, our “Stahlwerk & Friends” team, with 72 cyclists, covered approximately 19,000 kilometers by bicycle. This corresponds to a CO₂ reduction of over three tons.
Our employees, their families, and friends achieved 1st place among all participating companies and 3rd place in the overall ranking of the Saalfeld-Rudolstadt district.
