At the end of February, our trainees, who began training as industrial mechanics and electronics technicians for industrial engineering at our company three and a half years ago, passed their final examinations. They have had an eventful and exciting time, during which they were able to gain a lot of valuable experience for their professional development.
Fabian Lüdicke, electronics technician for industrial engineering, was also top of his class at the vocational school in Gera. He received additional recognition from the company for this outstanding achievement.
All of them were offered an employment contract, so they now support our maintenance, quality control and production departments as young skilled workers.
